职位描述： 1.Understands and defines the problem at hand in context of business needs and sets and aligns objectives with stakeholders (customers and internal). Contributes to the overall advancement of process development and scale-up. Anticipates internal and/or external technical or business challenges and/or regulatory issues.； 2.Leads overall technical program, including coordination of technical team members and cross-functional support. Plans, schedules, conducts, and coordinates detailed phases of projects of varying scopes to safely meet objectives and timeline. Serves as mentor to other professionals； 3.Support process development and lead scale-up efforts for Battery Materials segment on fluidized bed reactor for CNT productio； 4.Work with product line/manufacturing technical teams to define appropriate process and operating conditions to hit target properties； 5.Ensure safe operation at all stages of development, bringing a high-level of inherently safe designs to the final operating scale； 6.Lead projects as part of a Stage-gate process to bring ne to the battery market。 任职要求： 1.Experience with pilot and manufacturing scales, transitioning ne/processes from lab to pilot scale and to full commercial manufacturing； 2.Broad knowledge of chemical process development and unit operations, with expertise in gas/solid fluidization； 3.Ability to apply statistical analysis and/or practical experience to make sound conclusions and use to optimize process development; 4.Well-developed technical report writing and communication/presentation skills； 5.Knowledge and experience of process safety tools/processes (hazard assessment, MOC, PSSR, etc.) and capable to ensure safe operation with combustible liquids and solids； 6.Strong interest and skills in project management，Works well in multi-functional teams； 7.Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering (or related Engineering fields) with 1-2 years of experience in process development (preferred) or Master’s Degree and generally 3-5+ years of related experience 8.Overseas experience is a plus
