工作内容/Responsibilities: 1、根据产能和销售计划制定生产计划，组织调度生产资源，按时完成生产任务； Plan and organize resources to fulfill production targets； 2、建立生产监控体系，严格工艺纪律，确保生产能力，确保产品质量，确保按时交货； Setup and ensure manufacturing system to delivery quality products on time； 3、严格现场管理和生产设备管理，落实EHS政策，组织实施安全生产； High standards in management of shop floor, equipments and ensure manufacture activities in line with EHS policy. 4、推进精益生产和六西格玛实践，开展持续改进项目，不断提高效率，提升产品质量，降低生产成本； Promote Lean and lead Continue Improvement project to improve efficiency, quality and costs； 5、加强内部物流控制及原料、产成品库存管理； Managing Ra, WIP and finish goods； 6、推进绩效管理； 制定员工培训和发展计划，不断提高员工综合素质、技能和实操水平，建立一支高效、实干、合作的生产队伍； Setup and implementing performance revie, training the employees and team to be high performance； 7、与质量、销售部密切配合，接受市场和客户反馈，在产品维护和提高中承担主要责任； Working with Quality and Sales to ensure high customer satisfaction； 8、完成上级交办的其他工作。 Other assignments from supervisor. 任职资格/qualification: 教育背景/education: ◆理工科或相关专业本科以上学历,硅酸盐材料、陶瓷专业优先。 University or above, prefer majors in Ceramics. 培训经历/training: ◆受过生产管理、质量管理、项目管理等方面的培训。 Well trained in production, quality and project management. 经 验: ◆10年以上工作经验, 3年以上生产管理经验 10 years working experience with 5 years at management positions. 技能技巧/Competences and skills: ◆优秀的计划和执行能力； Excellent planning and implementing ability； ◆较强的发现、分析和解决能力； Strong problem finding, analysis and resolving capability； ◆具有敬业精神，能够带领团队，发挥较好的团队合作精神； Team worker and team leader with professional working attitude； ◆优秀的表达能力、沟通能力、领导能力，能够承受高强度的工作压力； Good communication and leadership skill, willing to take challenge tasks； ◆具备英语口头沟通能力。 Fluent English including speaking.
