1.Minimum 8 years experience to lead a team over 80 workforce at fabrication and mechanical assembly work. He/she should be able to supervise the daily production at shop floor. 1.八年以上工厂生产管理工作经验（机械装配行业优先），能主导车间日常生产运作。 2.To follow and meet the production schedule according to planned timeframe. 2.善于根据PMC生产计划，合理安排生产进度，提高生产效率。 3.Formal college education with knowledge of mechanical parts e.g. Alu Extrusion, plastics, glass, etc. 3.全日制大专毕业，机械类专业优先。 4.Mature and self-initiative. 4.成熟稳重，工作主动性好。 5.Some knowledge of ISO 9001 requirements 5.具备一定的ISO 9001质量管理体系知识。
