Main Tasks: 主要任务： • To place and co-ordinate orders from various internal and external supply lines, in conjunction with production managers and production planners. 在生产经理和计划经理的协助下，恰当排列协调国际国内的供应途径。 • To ensure on time delivery and/or completion of orders to enable end customer order completion. 确保所有订单的相关运输都能及时完成。 • To liaise with external suppliers and track incoming deliveries 联络公司的供货商，跟踪来料的运输。 • To liaise with internal production facilities to ensure timely production 联络公司的生产设备供应商，确保其能及时生产。 • To co-ordinate arrival and departure of shipping containers for export to the UK 协调跟踪出口英国的集装箱的到达、离开时间。 • To supervise loading and co-ordinate loading teams, and to collate and produce all shipping related documentation 监督指导装卸组员工，以控制装卸时间；整理制作所有相关装运的文件。 • Preparation of any further reports as required. 负责制作其他所需报告。 • Any other tasks as directed by the Senior Management Team. 执行高级管理人员指派的其他任务。 Required skills 所需技能 • Fully Computer Literate including all Microsoft office applications and accountancy software packages (Preferably SAGE, or alternatively SAP or equivalent) 计算机能力要求: 办公软件的应用和财务软件的应用（SAGE, SAP 或其他类似软件的应用）。 • Logistics Management Experience 物流/后勤管理经验。 • Previous Experience in an import/export company preferred 有进出口公司工作经验者优先。 • English Language Skills an advantage but not essential 会英语者优先。 Education教育背景 Secondary level or higher, experience more important than educational level 高中学历以上，相关经验尤为重要。 Required Behaviours行为能力 Customer orientated顾客至上 Quality and cost focused 有控制品质和成本的意识 Proactive approach 积极主动的工作态度 Strong reporting skills 良好的报告能力 Leadership 领导才能 Teamwork团队合作 Excellent Communication skills良好的沟通交流能力 Excellent Organisational skills良好的组织能力
