作为我们产品开发部的重要一员,你的责任是设计开发陶瓷的结构图纸及pro-e 三维模型,并利用pro-e设计产品模具.确保产品的造型、 尺寸、功能达到设计要求。 In supporting multiple projects as part of a cross-functional team, you will have primary responsibility for: 作为协助多重项目的全职能的团队中的一员,你的主要职责为: Design and develop ceramic product, including Bowl, Lava, Urinal. Create pro-e model, including complete structure, then create the complete 2D drawing. Create NPA (Ne Approve) sheet, and use it to check and control the dimension of the fire sample. 控制实际样品的尺寸。 根据工程图纸制订NPA(新产品确认)表格, 确保实际产品符合工程图纸的尺寸要求。 Assistant the mould design and building Create a good mould drawing for the modeler to build the mould successful. Create a pro-e 3D mould for CNC machine to cut the mould successful. Create the CNC program, and make sure the mould successful. 协助产品模具的设计。 要辅助手工模具的制作，确保工程模具图能让手工模顺利的完成； 利用PRO-E完成模具的设计，并确保模具能顺利地完成数控加工。 利用pro-e 编制数控加工程序，并协助数控模具顺利的完成。 Ensuring the completion of engineering documentation to support product introductions and/ or revisions. 确保对新产品的推广及工程文件修改信息的完整. Do other job as assign. 其他临时指派的任务 Responsible for safety, working environment, and follow the company rule & regulation 有义务遵守安全, 工作环境及公司各项规章制度 短期工作要求: Get 50% advance of the pro-e bowl-building job. 在座厕的建模工作方面至少有50％的提高。 Learning pro-e CNC program, and basic knowledge of CNC machine. 学习用pro-e 软件编制数控程序，还有基本的数控机床知识。 Learning the ceramic manufacturing process, especially the process of Kiln. 学习陶瓷产品的制造工艺，特别是烧窑工艺。 Study the warpage of the product and put compensate on mould to defeat the warpage. 学习研究陶瓷件的变形，并把预变形的补偿计算到模具里面。
